  As I am unable to respond to your answer to Kevin McKeiths post. Here is a description of the barmaid. She is average height with mid brown hair that was tied up, possibly in a bun, I didn't take too much notice. Guessing she is in her 30's but it's never easy to tell a person's age.vauge I know. All I can say is that the young lady I was supporting was upset by what has happened and as she has Autism and has a lack of understanding she is now in her room unable to settle because she THINKS, SHE HAS DONE SOMETHING REALLY BAD, when she hasn't. Due to some of your staffs lack of understanding of dissability we will not be coming back and I will make it know to others of our experience may I suggest your staff has some dissability awareness training for the future

  My wife just had to leave your club because one of your barmaids was so rude to the disabled girl she is caring for that the girl wanted to go home she was so upset that barmaid is disgusting now the girl does not want to come back to your club which she loved because all her friends are there.and you say thats a friendly club but your barmaids shout at autistic people .disgrace.i would like to see you explain to a autistic girl that the barmaid didnt mean it.she is now blaming herself. By god you need to train your staff
